I was a bit hesitant about picking a shop for my Mercedes, but I’m really glad I found Performance Automotive and Detail. Thai and his team are excellent. They fixed a tricky battery issue for me and even detailed the base of the car, which was a really nice touch. They kept me updated throughout the whole process and took the time to explain exactly what was going on. I really appreciated that they took the car on a long test drive to make sure the specific issue I was worried about was completely resolved. (They probably owe me a little for the gas they used, but I’m just kidding!) I’ll definitely be back for future service, and I highly recommend them to anyone else with a European car.

This shop is amazing! I have a 2018 VW Tiquan. I brought it to them to double check a recommendation the dealership made ($2K service). Thai walked me through how I did not need the service. Verified and performed an oil change. Thai was great! Super informative, up front and straight with me. I will forever take my car to them for service going forward. Highly recommend it your lookin for service on your VW or Audi!

This shop replaced a USDM (US domestic market) engine in our 2012 Subaru Forester with a JDM (Japanese domestic market) engine. The engine had 156k miles on it, and it had a blown head gasket. An engine replacement is a big job, labor and space intensive. I thought the price was reasonable, and the communication more direct and open than any other auto shop I've been to. So far, no fluids are leaking, the engine has more power and fewer odd noises.

I have never gone to a car shop and not been charged for something! I went in for my annual oil change and inspection, and Thai honestly told me I didn’t need an oil change yet because I hadn’t driven enough miles since the last one. Not only that, he cleaned debris out of my car and gave me great advice on how to help my battery last longer. No charge! This is the kind of local service that truly makes you feel taken care of. They are incredibly honest, knowledgeable, and explain everything so clearly. It’s rare to find a business that puts customers first the way they do. Highly recommend!

Did an amazing job on my Mazda CX50 for a good price. Fitted a Ram Air system from Cork Sport. Highly recommend them. Had them detal my car after the great work in the engine bay. Awesome job too
